The hotel was in the perfect place to enjoy down town life whilst also
being far enough from the main drag for the hotel to be quiet and
peaceful; the facilities were excellent; the log fire was fantastic; the

We stayed in the heart of the old historic district.
The first night we got there we asked the concierge about a ghost tour we wanted to do. She took care of everything. She suggested the tour she thought was the best for what we were looking for and she called to reserve a spot for us. She also got us tickets for the trolley for our historic tour. Her suggestion for where we should eat dinner was excellent. All this at no extra charge. Very helpful and you can tell she enjoys her job.

Front Desk (Jamel) was very friendly and accomodated us on a couple of small things we needed. The Bar Tender for the Cocktail Hour had a very nice way about him too. The Breakfast Cook To Order Crew were impressive with their team work, in the way they speedily moved the rather long line for omlettes! We really enjoyed our "Anniversary Stay-Cati

I liked the late check-out, the suite room was very large, and the many ammenities offered, like the pool and exercise room. The rooms are very comfortable, and the free happy hour was awesome.

The lobby and rooms were beautiful. The beds were wonderful and the breakfast was awesome and FREE. We read a review about the breakfast being light and we thought it should not matter since the room is such a great value, but that reviewer must have just caught them on a bad day because breakfast was PLENTIFUL. -

The place was very beautiful and so convenient to River Street. The breakfast buffet in the restaurant was delicious. The lady making waffles and omelets was delightful! The housekeeping staff was pleasant and the bellhops were awesome! I will definitely stay there again when I come back to Savannah.

The hotel was very clean. I loved that my room had a refrigerator and a
microwave. I didn't know it did when I booked it, not sure if it was
on the site I booked on, so for me, it was a pleasant surprise. The
staff was all friendly, the breakfast was pretty good, I think it had a
wide enough variety so that anyone could find something they liked..

Desk Mgr. excellant greeting, excellant service, very friendly and helpful with directions etc. made me feel at home. Housekeeper? {I think she is), her name is Tanya so friendly and helpful also. They made me very glad I decided to stay there. I hope you will tell them how much I apprciated them.
Also I really liked the room we had. It was very nice and I loved the color it was painted. Warm and welcoming. Thanks again for great stay.

We were there to visit Flannery O'Connel sites. Staff was very
friendly, room was very nice, breakfast was ok. This was the beginning
of our travels and left a very good feeling. Would stay there again!

the hotel pool was 90 degrees which was perfect during the winter. The hotel staff were excellent especially the gentleman at the front desk. - Location, price, helpfulnes of the staff, who went out of their way to help us when your confirmation of reservation was not located.

Just having flown inferno UK appreciated the swimming pool and spa in the morning. It was convenient because near to interstate for onward journey. Friendly helpful staff. Good value. -
