  Our experience exceeded our expectations. We thought all of your staff were very well trained to be friendly to guests. We were there for a marathon and didn't have dressy clothing and when we had friends join us in the bar area one evening, we were somewhat underdressed, but were never treated any differently than anyone else in the hotel. Very nice, but not stuffy. - We thoiught the staff were - to a person - friendly, helpful, charming and really seemed to go out of their way to help us. The kids loved the St. Regis bags they received. There was a slight problem with our booking which was sorted out in a timely and efficient manner - everyone - from the concierge staff to the reception people were friendly and charming! Well done to all of them! WE will DEFINITELY be back!

  Todo, la habitación era chulísima; el hotel tenia una piscina en la azotea que estaba genial si necesitabas un poco de descanso. La situación del hotel tambien estaba muy bien. - En general me ha gustado todo. El único pero que le puedo poner es el precio del parking (35 dólares por noche)
