  Our experience exceeded our expectations. We thought all of your staff were very well trained to be friendly to guests. We were there for a marathon and didn't have dressy clothing and when we had friends join us in the bar area one evening, we were somewhat underdressed, but were never treated any differently than anyone else in the hotel. Very nice, but not stuffy. - We thoiught the staff were - to a person - friendly, helpful, charming and really seemed to go out of their way to help us. The kids loved the St. Regis bags they received. There was a slight problem with our booking which was sorted out in a timely and efficient manner - everyone - from the concierge staff to the reception people were friendly and charming! Well done to all of them! WE will DEFINITELY be back!

  El hotel en Washington es hermoso, me gusto mucho la habitación, la cama super comoda y el servicio de internet wi-fi excelente. La ubicacion del hotel en un sector tan bonito fue excelente ya que pudimos en todo momento caminar los lugares turisticos y volver al hotel a pie y eso fue excelente!! Otra cosa muy buena es que cuando llegamos la habit... lo que la gente dice » ación ya estaba lista y eso se los agradezco mucho - Muy buena ubicación, al lado de todos los puntos de interés turístico (casa blanca, monumento a washington, museos, etc...). Tenia internet wifi gratis en todo el hotel, y la habitación era muy completa y muy cómoda.
