The staff was awesome. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. The
front desk were the most inviting people ive ever met at a hotel. The
valet people were extremely friendly, helpful, knowledgable of the area,

The staff was extremely prompt and courteous with our requests and
always followed up to make sure a good job was done. The location was
fantastic. It was extremely cold when we were there and the 16th St.
Mall shuttle, being right outside the front door, made a great way to
get to where we were going.

The hotel is very comfortable and the rooms are well finished. The hotel is well-located in town, near all the shops and amenities in Manitou Springs. The hotel is excellent. It is a bit expensive with add on charges (just
tell me the price and don't hand me a bunch of service fees that are
nothing more than a higher price for the room disguised as tips for the
staff-I am pretty sure the staff never see a penny of the service fees).
This hotel is really clean, quiet, has an excellent staff and an
excellent restaurant(s).
