  This hotel is absolutely excellent! We stayed for 2 nights over the weekend, having taken the ferry over from Boston. We were met with a very warm welcome from the staff. Our room was spotlessly clean, spacious and comfortable. The facilities within the hotel were also impressive. There is a bar and bistro menu available. There's a library of interesting books and up-to-date - Direct view of Inner Sea at Cape Cod and Lighthouses. Freindly. They lent us two bicycles for free which made our holiday good fun. This is excellent value hotel. C 15 minute walk past unique wood built homes in all sorts of styles to centre of town. Whale watching dunes lighthouses. Excelent location. Free Parking, Very courteous and genuinely friendly reception. High marks to young man (with bling in his ear) who was very efficient, courteous helpful and professional.

  Been to PTown many times and never stayed this far into the west end and had no idea this motel was here. It was GREAT, very relaxing, pretty, great staff, solid breakfast and clean. Close to town and beaches with a lovely hilltop view! We parked the car for the weekend and walked or biked to our destination. The room was clean and the bedding was fresh and crisp. The complimentary Continental breakfast was a big plus. This was a pleasant place to stay!

  Very nice, elegant, stylish yet relaxed hotel, with very friendly staff. Location is superb, close to the heart of the town. Breakfast was abundant, topped with delicious home-made cakes.   The atmosphere and character were unsurpassed. It was great to spend the day out and about and relax in the pool or Hot Tub. It was the first guesthouse I've been to that you could practically spend the whole time there. The staff was warm and the walk through the facility and explanation of the amenities was very useful. I already booked a room for the same weekend next year! - The staff were all really friendly and helpful. Our room was on the small side but had a large private terrace which was lovely. The bathroom had a large spa bath ! Wine and cheese events were fun - I would even say a real hoot one afternoon. Everything was clean - and even had free parking.

  We had an really nice stay at AIBH, a very large room with a great view.It's in the shopping street which it was nice. The only thing we missed,were glasses for some wine and the breakfast was a bit disappointing. These two things were not coherent with the hotel itself because everything else was absolutely luxurious, clean and superb. We found i... lo que la gente dice » t a bit strange that a hotel like this didn't have a real nice breakfast with enough place to sit at the table, maybe in the summer you can sit on the - Excellent experience, had two rooms as were traveling with my mother. From the gracious and welcoming host, to outstanding rooms and amenities, to the house Labs, Molly and Ginger. The location is perfect, the harbor and monument views spectacular, and the cozy fireplaces in our rooms made the chilly late fall weather almost enjoyable. This was a third stay here, and certainly will not be our last.
