The closeness to the beach at a really good price. The family movies played every night by the pool and the snacks offered during the movie are also a plus. The room was clean and had a TV with a good channel selection, a small refrigerator and a safe. Free full breakfast every day. The staff was friendly and helpful. -

The staff at this location was some of the friendliest and most helpful
than any other hotel we have stayed in. We arrived early and they worked
to accommodate us quickly. I fell at home while packing the car and
injuried my ankle and had several staff offer a wheelchair for the
beach. I declined the offer thinking someone else would need it but i

We love this Hotel. We love how they play music by the pool during the day, We love the movies at night by the pool and were very happy they had a movie every nite. We loved the bar area. The hula dancers were fun to watch and the activities they had for the kids. Everything is great about this Hotel. Breakfast buffet is FANTASTIC!! We love love the Sunspree! Wish we could have stayed another night!

The grounds were beautiful! We were there for Spring Break with 2
teenagers I appreciated that all though it was enough off the beaten
path of the crazy strip it was still conveinently located! There were
not loud parties but there was plenty to keep the teenagers occupied and

The rooms were very nice and cozy. The beds were comfortable. Rooms were very clean and quiet. The Resort was tucked in a quiet relaxing spot. Had all the amenities one would need. Staff was friendly and attentive. Would definitely recommend this Resort especially for the golfers as it has a beautiful course.

The 'condo' was very comfortable with everything we wanted -
seaview of the gulf with the occasional dolphins passing by. A very
quiet relaxing on the beach location.A Short walk or drive to some good
eateries. Food shopping at Wal Mart was 10 minutes drive away, but a
Wynn Dixie was just a 5 minute walk along the road. City pier with gift

Very clean, up to date facility. Very friendly and helpful staff. My family and I stayed the week for softball nat'ls and love the fact I didn't have to wait for elevators longer than a minute or two. We had teammates at resort next door that would be waiting or in the elevator for 20-30 minutes b/c it was so busy and it would stop at every floor. Would definitely come again

Very helpful staff, very clean hotel - common areas and my room. I had an early flight and they handed me a brown bag with some breakfast items. How nice! -
The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. It was very close to Pier Park so we didn't have far to reach our desired destination.

We had a lovely first floor room with king bed and sleeper couch for our
family of 3. The unit had a marble bar, stove, dishes, toaster, coffee
maker, refrigerator/freezer, dish washer and 2 flat screen TVs.
Everything was in great working order. The unit opened on the back side
to lovely protected patio that faced a very scenic fresh water lake.

Staff was very accommodating.
Room was for our honeymoon. We couldn't the neighbors or any noise from the breezeway. Nicely decorated and modern. Full size kitchen appliances. Will stay again.

We stayed in room 1331 during the first week of September. My family
loved the pool & beach areas. Bikini Bobs food was excellent and
affordable compared to the restaurants surrounding. We will be staying
at the Summit next year as well! -

honestly, everything was so perfect, I have no complains about this place, me and my family had the best vacations ever, everybody was happy, and we definitely going back next year. -
We enjoyed most all features. I like the floor we were on. I liked the front and back views. It was clean, roomy, and just beautiful!
