  Before reserving, I read some poor reviews, so I was skeptical about what I was getting into. However, I didn't arrive until midnight, but was welcomed, as I had called ahead earlier in the day.   Clean - It was close to the beach, about a 5 minute drive. The woman at the front desk gave us several good suggestions for dinner and was very friendly.
