  The location was great! The facilities good. The Staff was helpful. Great area of City (The Garden District). Plenty of places in the area to choose to eat at. Strongly recommend New Orleans Hamburger and Seafood Restaurant which is in the area. The hotel staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We ran into some issue @ the beginning of our trip and weren't able to rent a car as planned. One of the staff members sat with us for an hour directing us to the best restaurants and bars outside of the French quarters. The location was perfect. Just a short block from the street cars. Since we didn't have a vehicle it was very convenient.

  Great staff made us feel welcome and very helpful with all our questions. It was a joy to meet and chat with the staff at this hotel, would stay here again! Very close to French Quarter, cruise terminal everything was within walking distance, safe area to stay at. - The staff was friendly, and the place was clean.   I stayed with my brother and sister-in-law at this hotel. Although not close to the French Quarter, this hotel was definitely a bargain for the amenities it had. Large rooms with wi-fi, complimentary breakfast, clean facility and rooms, very friendly staff, and secure parking.
