The seductively low prices led us to think we would be in a bog standard motel. It is much superior. The breakfasts are proper set-you-up jobs and keep you firing for hours. The staff are sweet as you like, the rooms are generous with both space and kit. The location is superb. -

All of the staff members were extremely friendly and helpful. I
accidently booked the hotel for the following week and they were able to
accommodate me very quickly - I was very impressed. The room was very
pretty and very clean. The decor was very nice. The breakfast was very
good, lot of choices. The overall hotel was very pretty. -

The donkeys that live behind the hotel are awesome. They love apple slices. Sweet and lovable. Central location to all the fun spots. Did I say, Loved the donkeys.. :)

surprised by the wonderful room lighting and modern look to the room. there is no question that this is a budget property. That being said it was still in pretty nice shape for a 3 year old roadside motel -
Comfortable accomodations, very clean facility, friendly staff, all the necessities available, good variety of complimentary breakfast items.

I loved the friendly staff. Heather who was at the front desk, went out of her way to let me check in early and even provided me with some refreshments while I waited. The rooms were clean and beautiful, the breakfast was great! The pool and hot tub very clean and well maintained. This was one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed in years. -

The receptionist was very friendly and when we arrived 30 min early
before check in she was able to get us into our room early and she made
us feel very welcomed. Very close to the New Braunfels river and
Schlitterbahn water park that we were visiting. The Hotel room was very
comfortable and clean and had plenty of hot water. -

As a former camper, All-Star, and Coach, I had a blast returning to "camp" for the weekend. The Sunday Haus accommodations were perfect for my husband and me, and we enjoyed using the pool and workout facilities while we were there. The Lone Star Grill was convenient and reasonably priced. The amenities were amazing! There was an outdoor movie with free popcorn
at night; glow in the dark putting green; poolside band; and a huge
sports complex with ping pong, pool, foosball and basketball. Oh and
free ice cream cones! It was such fun for the entire family! We would
definitely recommend it.

We loved the cottage style accomodation, friendly and helpfulness of staff, and everything else that makes a stay away from home acceptable. Frio was very nice and roomy for us, our two daughters and our 3 grandchildren. The porch made the stay even more pleasant as we had a place to visit while the little ones were still sleeping.We loved the linen and trash pick-up and also the in-door pool as we did not have to worry about too much sun for the 1 and 5 year olds. Look forward to our next visit.
