  Location, location, location! You just can't be any closer to the ocean and the beach.. Just amazing! She came into the parking lot and actually called people to ask them to move their cars to make more space available. She did in fact get us a spot.   This is the second time I've stayed at Kenny's after stumbling upon it accidentally last year. We had such a great time I knew I was going to stay there this year and I'm sure every other year I go to Montauk. The rooms are clean and spacious - bonus points this year because we had a balcony and jacuzzi tub in the bathroom. Everyone is super nice and helpful and morning c - the motel is clean, cozy and light, we loved the fresh new bedding and comfortable beds and look forward to the next round of upgrades and renovations. this is a great location and the staff (especially Anya!) is warm and wonderful. we enjoyed our stay very much.

  Great spa, great setting, very, very nice and helpful staff. Very good food except for the Gurney burger--dry and tasteless. Nice rooms, great views, comfortable beds. Very clean and comfortable baths.   we were on the second level with the magnificent view of the ocean and the sound of the waves. It was so relaxing for us. we walked to and around town, and walked the beach, so we got our exercise too.   A Wave Inn was one of the cheapest priced hotels in the area.
