The staff were friendly and easy to work with at the time. The rooms and
motel were clean. If you forgot something you were able to receive some
things as complimentary. They have a complimentary breakfast with a nice
variety. It is close to the Dakota Square shopping mall. -

The hotel is so different from others. So much room that a family of
four would be comfortable. Huge bathroom and a walk in closet. A full
fridge with ice maker and cooking facilities for those times when you
just want to eat in. New area of town but a diner around the corner that
is in walking distance if you don't want to drive. Nice touch with

The staff were so friendly at all times they made you feel that they
really did enjoy having you as a guest. The room was relaxing even
though there were workmen working outside still planting the grounds.
The extra facilities in the room, dishwasher, large fridge, lots of
electrical sockets at hand level,we didn't have to go down on the
floor and behind bedside tables to use them, we felt good just
walking into the hotel, the free hot breakfast that had lots of
variety and the free evening nib

I would give this place a number 10. I enjoyed the quietness at bedtime, the staff from check-in to making our beds were very pleasant and friendly and helpful. When we got to our room there was water on the floor of the bathroom. We went to the desk and reported it and the attendant got on the phone right away. When we got back to out room it was all cleaned up. They were very friendly. We would stay there again

The owners were SO nice. It felt like we were staying with family. Breakfast was wonderful. We had Belgian waffles, sausage, tomato/egg/cheese casserole, juice and coffee. It was delightful. We will definitely stay there again. :-) -

We were greeted warmly and informed of the many amenities of the hotel. The breakfast was very nice and since we stayed during the week we were able to take advantage of the "managers evening appetizers". Our last day there a highschool basketball tournament was in town. The hotel seemed to be handling the extra load with ease and smiles
