  A young lady at the reception (on duty on the 6th of September 2013 - 11:00 pm), was extremely nice, competent, professional and naturaly interested in serving the best way she could. I mention the word naturally and her because most of times staff are very polite and educated but you are left with the filling that you have in front of you a mach... lo que la gente dice » ine trained to be like that. Its more difficult to come a cross a person naturally inclined to serve. That is a natural quality and very much apprecia - Very awesome staff..went above and beyond to help me out when my car wouldn't start. Their maintenance worker had my car started in less than 15 minutes in rain and 40 degree weather!! The indoor hot tub/pool was a great plus! And the beds were so comfortable. I slept like a baby. We had a wonderful trip and will be back!!

  Nice and clean very guest friendly and respectful employees. Would definitely stay at a Fairfield from now on and forget the rest on next family vacations or whenever traveling. Just to show I get 20% off discounts from la Quinta but I would much rather stay at a Fairfield inn in the future. - Desk manager went way beyond the call of duty to find... lo que la gente dice » their floating refrigerator and moved it into our room for cold storage of my insulin. You NEVER get that kind of service at even the most expensive hotels. They would never lift a finger to help. Good people - Thanks

  Very clean hotel, very nice newer building. Staff was great. Location downtown Memphis was excellent. We were near Beale street, just a few blocks away so easy to walk down there where all the action is.   The resort had great staffing service. Their behaviors were very professional and personable even down to the grounds keeper and maintenance crew. Their attitudes reflected an open and friendly environment with a willingness to help! Their kitchen staff did a great job and breakfast had a variety of food (healthy). Their compound was very clean and house keeping ran li - It was very nice, the staff was great... The room was very clean like a home away from home... The king suite with the fireplace was very cozy... It was actually like a one bedroom apartment. I really enjoyed my stay, I will definetly be back.
