We got upgraded to a suite as it was our honeymoon. The room was quite simply the best I have stayed in and I've stayed in a few suites. The staff could not do enough for you and we're always there in the background to help. The location is amazing...walking distance to the designer shops on Rodeo Drive shops and Century City Mall. -

I loved the hotel and all the staff. The hotel was beautiful and our room was so spacious and elegant. All the concierge staff were always available to help us in anyway. Beautiful cosseted private location in West Hollywood. Amazing roof garden with hummingbirds and butterflies flitting about as you eat and take afternoon tea. There is also a pool and great lounging areas surrounding it.

Very welcoming, and active, with a great design and great access to the beach. Rooms are large and comfortable. The hotel is in a walking distance to the most popular locations. The concierge are knowledgeable and can help you a lot to find what you need. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

The location was outstanding: right across from the beach. The pool had a wonderful set up with cabannas and two smaller pools which made it more intimate. The décor was modern and fun. The staff was very accommodating and knew us by name. I even got a text on my cell phone asking if we needed any help. There wasn't a wait for valet to bring the car up.
