  I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the intercontinental. The staff were amazing and made my stay as comfortable as possible. Luis at the front desk was awesome and helped me arrange my day trips and seeing the sites. I can't compliment him enough for his help! I enjoyed the location in being closely to Beverly Hills and not far from Hollywood and Santa Monic - Together with my 3 friends, we stayed at the Intercontinental at Beverly Hills for 4 nights. Every single staff member we came into contact with were so nice & inviting, we were so sad to leave. Complimentary car service within 1.5 miles.... can it get any better than that? You can order a complimentary fridge for your room and connect the rooms together with opening an inner door in the rooms.   My 14 year old daughter and I stayed at the Shore this past June for 7 nights. Each room has a balcony. We were moved to an ocean -front room since we were staying for a week which was very generous. The location is probably the best in Santa Monica. It is not for those who are looking for traditional or fancy. The staff is very nice as well. I love - Fantastic location right opposite famous Santa Monica pier and behind Bloomingdales and shopping on 3rd Promenade. Rooms were modern and bathroom has clear glass wall to see into bedroom, which was a novelty for my 7yo daughter. Free internet/wifi was fantastic. Was given glass of champagne at check in which was a nice surprise. My daughter loved the heated pool.
