A VERY SPECIAL THANK YOU TO "MARGO' > being disabled, my first room I believe 19075 was so far from the elevator it made it difficult for me to walk that far on a recurring basis. I returned to the booking desk and was fortunate to meet Margo. This young lady went I feel out of her way to find me another room closer to the elevator. Internet & no coffee in room were 2 negatives. Would rather pay more
for room with Internet. I don't mind paying more just don't
nickel & dime me.

Dated property. Smoking allowed in restaurant/casino/reception areas. Notified staff of two issues in room - water running in toilet and balky bathroom light switch - on second of three day stay. No action had been taken upon checkout. Charged more on bill than agreed upon amount. Pricing discrepancy resolved by letsbookhotel.com after inquiry by traveler.
