  This is a beautifully designed bldg. opened in 1926. I went into signif disrepair, and the restoration project has come along very nicely. It has become restored enough that they are accepting guests, and the guests rooms are beautifully appointed. Wonderful Hotel to support, and help restore an historic-worthy building. No problem if you wanna get to Downtown LA or USC via metro And Santa Monica with the bus.
