  I'm not sure why this hotel doesn't get better reviews. My girlfriend and I stayed for two days and had a great experience. The staff was friendly, the location was great, room was clean and updated. We stayed in room 404, which I highly recommend. I'm not sure sure why so many people complain at Da Vinci Villa on here, I would recommend it to everyone - Terrific suite with fantastic view of the Golden Gate Bridge. Welcoming and helpful staff. Convenient parking, although daily charge of $25 plus tax seemed a little high. Good continental breakfast, with fresh fruit, pastries, and bagels, bread, preserves etc. Great location for walking to Fishermans Wharf etc, or the great value bus into the city.

  The location was exceptional. You are one block from the Mark Hopkins, Fairmount and Huntington Hotel.   The staff was friendly and helpful. The room, while rather small, was clean and neat. The bathroom, while very small (I've had larger bathrooms on cruise ships), was also clean, neat and stocked with sufficient towels and basic amenities. Fortunately, the bed was very comfortable. Was very quiet, slept wonderfully. Decor quaint & beautiful. Bed comfy, water pressure great. Bkft included was good & filling. Cannot say enough great things about this adorable hotel. We will definately be back!
