For a best western it has so much character, very nice design, nice to look at and rooms were spacious, clean and well maintained.
Nice pool area and fitness suite.
Lovely location in the Old Town, within a minutes walk of local restaurants and bars.
Easy to get to gaslight quarter on the trolley system.

The BW Hacienda is our main reason for visiting San Diego. Our return for a second vacation in SD this year was because we have found this central, traditional-style, good-value hotel in the Old Town. This is the perfect location if you want to get out of the car and just walk Old Town. The swimming pool is a good place to hang out and read in the late afternoon/early evening. -

When you take everything into consideration, this place is a good value
for a budget motel. Michael, Raul and Michael were helpful and
considerate - they even let me keep my bags in the office after I

For the money, this was an excellent choice for a budget. It was clean and you had everything you needed. All new linens every day and well maintained. Security on site in the evenings was a plus. The outdoor pool and hottub were also well maintained and a nice ammenity for the stay. I've stayed at hotels for triple the cost that were less well kept and less comfortable.

They had amazing rates, and they included wifi & breakfast!! The customer service was GREAT!!! No complains. Every1 was so nice. Definetely made my first time in San Diego a great one!!

It is very close to the airport (about 1mi) although driving from the

We had a wonderful time staying at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, San Diego
recently from March 11 to 14. The facilities were excellent. Our bedroom

Location was excellent!. Room was clean. We opted not to get room clean on second day stay and got $5 coupon to use at one of their restaurants. Service was great. We requested clean towels on second day and were brought up quickly. If you need something for room, just call and ask. Friendly staff. Got $5 coupons for each member (5) towards San Diego zoo. Could get noisy due to it being family friendly but that is expected. Close to restaurants.

Rooms are really clean and nice and it gave me a very homely feel.
The staff are very nice as well and there is an IHOP diner located just beside it which is not expensive at all.
I will definitely recommend this hotel to other guests if they need to find a place to stay in San Diego.

My friend & I both loved the convience of having a separate bedroom/ livingroom. The closeness to Mission Bay, & fast food restaurants. We both liked the fact there was a microwave & refrigerator. There were also grocery stores nearby.

The staff was amazing and very helpful with transportation and anything else you asked them. They go above and beyond and always have a smile on their face. Rooms were very nice, great breakfast buffets, good dinners and drinks. Albert (2) were very nice and I wish I would have gotten the front desk persons names as they were all wonderful! -
