The room was wonderful with a big bed and flat screen tv. I especially like the nespresso machine! And the refrigerator!
The bathroom was also very nice, clean design (although not a lot of space to put stuff)
I liked the automatic floor lights!
Plus nice smelling shampoo, lotion and conditioner from Occitane.
Staff was really friendly and answered all questions.
Breakfast was not included but the little patio and terrace looked lovely!
Price was also ok.

Location! It is within walking distance of many DC attractions and a variety of restaurants. Our room was comfortable and we even had a view of the Washington Monument. We asked for a refrigerator and one was brought to us within 15 minutes. -

Some of the staff-Desk front officer were really wonderful and real good but CARRINE and FASHON were too unique especially Fashon, she so is lovely, friendly, polite, humble and never got angry for even once. I had read some negative reviews before our trip , but decided to take a
chance. Very glad we did. The staff was very helpful , the room was
clean and neat and with vintage charm. The staff at the
restaurant/bar were so nice , gave us ice in our cooler every time
we needed with no problem at all. Loved the 4 days we spent there. Would
stay again in a heartbeat! As for having no elevator, it is only 4
stories high, no big deal at all people!! Maybe count it as your daily

Great place to stay if you know what you are going for. It does not have a front desk. It's all through a password you'll get in the e-mail. It's actually a house in those english styles neighborhoods. Everything inside was clean and nice. The room had a private bathroom which is great. The internet was also very fast. As long as you understand that this is a "guest house," not a
hotel, not a b & b, and you understand that it is converted old
home, you should have a wonderful time. Don't expect the staffing of
a hotel. I chose it for the convenience to the Medstar Hospital complex
and it was very easy to travel there. I loved the availability of shared
kitchen and living spaces. The owner was very friendly, helpful and
concerned that my stay was a success.

The hotel was under renovation at the time of my visit so they upgraded
my room without my even asking for anything. The room was fantastic and
spacious. The gym was also closed, but the staff had already made

It would be tuff to say something against, the entire room was renovate, furniture, bed, flooring, appliance etc. The hotel is on his way to be completely renovated. The studio that we had was large. The staff was very "serviable" in french. The location of the hotel was excellent, close to restaurants, museums, art galleries and trolley etc. We've biked from the hotel to the Capitol and the Potomac river is beautiful.
