  Staff. Helpful and friendly, chatty. Hot showers. Big house, communal rooms with big Tvs and sofas. About a 4 block walk to Verizon centre and the gallery metro. Free pc Internet access. Codes to main door and all rooms, seemed very safe/secure. My 6 bed ladies room had at the least 2 of us for a couple nights and Max 4 the other nights! He went far beyond the call of duty making us feel comfortable. I would stay at the facility again if a need should arise. It was conveniently located an for the money, could not do better.   The staff!! Housekeeping was very friendly when we asked them to come back at a later time. FRONT DESK was amazing! Wake up call was on time, and when we were running late and needed a late check-out, they were very accommodating.
