The location is unbeatable if you're attending a Texans game! Mainly the location. Right across the parking lot from Reliant Stadium. I can walk to the game. Staff was friendly and courteous. Rooms were comfortable, and liked having a refrigerator in room. On my last visit I had a death in the family, and the desk clerk was very helpful in canceling the rest of my stay. I will be staying here again a few more times this year.

The room was fairly small, but nice. The hotel was comfortable and secure and was very close to the Toyota Center and Convention Center. It was within walking distance of several nice restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice value for the money, considering the prime location. If you are tired of the big convention hotels, this is a nice, quiet alternative.

It was very nice & spacious room... Checkout was simple & they held my bags until after our event so we could remain parked in vallet. -

The hotel was within walking distance to the Minute Maid Stadium, there was a beautiful park next to it and the rooms were spacious and nicely decorated. The hotel was clean and the staff at the front desk were friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Very friendly staff. Excellent location. Good public transport. Towels and linens changed and clean. Don't expect luxury, because it is not a luxury hotel. It seems that there is a new management and they are working hard to improve. I'd recommend this hotel.
