  The staff was very good. The room was clean and the mattress was very comfortable. Well located with a shop just downstairs to purchase and the little gourmet items you might need to have on hand to pleasure your palate. The afternoon street scene was wonderful, with sidewalk dining and wine tasting under a canopy of trees. And little traffic ... lo que la gente dice » in the background to spoil the experience. Santana Row is a great example of how a town can create (with enough purchasing power to support it) a won - Location, location, location. Breakfast included was a very nice bonus. Check in staff very friendly and even asked what floor I would prefer( I liked the option). It was a warm day and they had iced bottles of water by the door. Option to park for free in the garage near by, but valet was wonderful as you do have to roll your bags down a busy street.

  The location was great. Hilton is directly attached to the convention centre and it is within walking distance of San Pedro Square, which holds a variety of restaurants. The hotel was clean and staff were friendly - it was all good. I would stay there again.
