  The rooms are nice and updated with convenient kitchenette, balcony and tile showers with dual shower heads. Staff was awesome. We celebrated our anniversary there and the staff was able to upgrade us to a gorgeous suite. - Staff was very nice....there were 3 parties in our reservation...they upgraded the other two with me...very nice for them. ... lo que la gente dice » However, my room was nice also.   The front desk gentleman was fantastic. The hotel was even nicer than expected. The rooms were pretty and so spacious. The indoor pool was perfect and the free breakfast was so good. Thank you for a wonderful stay! - the Staff let us check in early so my husband did not have to go to the meetings with me. That made the stay wonderful.

  The location was "GREAT", only 3 miles one way to the Osage Outlet Mall & 3 miles the other way to multiple family activities. We loved the indoor pool & jacuzzi that was open early in the morning & late @ night. The staff was so pleasant, polite, & willing to help @ whatever they could.
