  We stayed at Palace Inn Kemah & were very pleased with the motel, price, staff, flat screen tv, fridge, microwave in room & the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The motel was close to Kemah but without the Boardwalk prices. We will definitely stay here again!! - Shower head had good flow. Appeared clean. Did not stink. No bugs.   The hotel itself was very nice and clean!! I am very picky when it comes to hotel rooms, but I was blown away by this room! It was clean and didn't have that "hotel smell". The decor in the room and the entire hotel was very modern. The staff were awesome, on the day we arrived we had come from the beach and were quite sandy. The very nice staff member said no, but said not to worry about the sa - I really appreciated the friendly staff and clean rooms. The cleaning staff did a remarkable job taking care of our room and they were very sweet! The decor was beautiful and really created that "beachy" atmosphere. The location made getting to and from local attractions easy.
