Comfortable, clean, spacious, friendly and welcoming. Lovely location overlooking the river, easy to access. Arrived back late after a long day out 10 mins before the restaurant closed. No problem whatsoever, they took our order, we went to our room to change, food ready on our return. Really impressive flexible service. -

Had some touches that were a step up from where we've been staying (traveling cross country). Management has put some effort into little details that your typical chain does not have and price was on par, possibly cheaper than competition--family suite exceeded our expectations with so much extra space and extra bath--like an apartment. The staff were very friendly and service oriented. They thought of things that I didn't expect. For instance, I needed to leave at 4:25 AM and they offered to get me some food before my flight even though the breakfast didn't start until 5:00 AM. The room was very clean and the hotel was very quiet. I was also able to control the room temperature to make it cooler.

The price was good and the room/bathroom was very clean. The beds were comfortable and the staff was extremely helpful and accomodating. There were lots of extras for families such as a game room. Although they were booked solid, the motel was quiet and well-run. Nothing was impossible for the front desk - the staff handled every request promptly

One pet peeve about most other places, even nice ones, is uncomfortable
chairs. Our room at Guesthouse had a leather recliner! I enjoyed this
stay much more than usual because of having a comfortable chair for
once! Amazing.

Get a room with a view of the falls. On an upper floor. Beautiful view of temple, falls and mountains. It may cost more but is worth it. Actually, I found the price an average one. The room was clean and big. Mattress looked brand new and was comfortable to sleep on. There is a balcony also. Comes with a decent breakfast the next day. -

There was even a night light in the bathroom for our convenience, just so thoughtful, would recommend this lovely hotel to anyone and everyone.
