I was highly impressed with the Days Inn and Suites. When I walked into my room, I could not believe all the amenities such as an iron, microwave, and refrigerator. These are things that you seldom see in motels. I also was impressed with the breakfast hours and choice. The time, 6:30-9:30am was convenient, especially for my "sleep in" attitude. I was still able to go grab me a bowl of cereal and a nice cup of coffee. I would recommend this hotel for visitors. Also, it only took me 12 minutes t.

I live two hours from airport and had an early morning departure then very late return flights. This hotel is very convenient, economical, and offers free shuttle as well as free parking. Room 214 was extremely clean and I judge this by whether the baseboards are also clean. The young lady Karen?, was extremely kind and was on duty both nights I stayed. She was also an excellent shuttle driver. Professional, courteous staff. I was at this location for three days on business and I had a wonderful experience. The rooms are well appointed with a much better than average array of coffees and teas. Updated and modern. Gorgeous, suite type rooms. A+ breakfast. Outstanding hotel. Outstanding value! I will return soon to this hotel! Many thanks! 5 stars out of 5 stars!. We arrived on a flight at 8pm and needed to take another flight out at 8am. This hotel met the few needs that we had and at a good price. The bed, bedding, towels etc were excellent. Good shower! Good staff. 5 minutes or less to Hobby and they have a free shuttle. Wifi worked well in lobby and also in the room. breakfast was very basic but we expected that. Very comfortable environment. The room was very clean. I had a kong sized-bed, fridge and microwave. The cable stations provided are pretty good. I watched a lot of HGTV but they also have 2/3 HBO stations included. I did t partake in the breakfast but it's from 6-9:30 am which isn't bad. The jacuzzi by the pool was amazing. My stay was very quiet and relaxing. We absolutely loved the staff. They were very friendly and made you feel right at home. This was an unexpected trip taken last minute but we were very pleased with the hotel, the staff, and the rooms. We had three rooms for two nights- room service was great. The pool is beautiful. The breakfast was very filling. Would refer anyone to stay here. We stayed for three days/nights and had breakfast every morning there - the breakfast was always hot and they varied the food available (which was nice!). For the price, we truly enjoyed the hotel. The staff was great, the room was large and comfortable and the location was perfect. I liked everything about my room as I had the presidential suite. It matched everything in the description and was very spacious. This was my second time staying at this location and I loved it. I also love the staff who are very welcoming and provide service quickly. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and our room was very clean and comfortable. Though we didn't partake of the complimentary breakfast as we would be going to breakfast after picking up our granddaughter at Hobby, we were impressed with all that was offered. I rented a king room with a kitchenette and was blown away when I walked in. I was not expecting a room this nice. Don't the immediate surrounding area keep you away because of looks. I would gladly stay at this hotel again. Staff was excellent. They were very friendly and helpful. The location was great for flying out of HOU, but so-so for other things. Bed and bath/shower were clean, which is always my top priority... Nice rooms, very big beds, good kitchen, nice swimming pool. And location is pretty well, 20 minutes to downtown without traffic jams. Near hotel waffle house, dennis, sport bar. Cleaning every day. from the time we registered the staff was wonderfule, the room very clean and inviting. we were very impressed. we had previously stayed at the hilton down the street but preer your accomodations. The checking was stress free and the clerk was excellent. The room was clean and very nice. Good channels to choose from on tv. No noise and nobody bothering you. Wake up call by request. Impressed with the cleanliness, comfort and money value of such class hotel, which is much better than many 5 stars hotels. Non smoking rooms are really non smoking. Good WIFI coverage. Liked how friendly and accommodating the staff were. Overall a really good stay at this hotel. No complaints whatsoever. Thank you to the manager, Victor, and his pleasant staff. really comfortable bed, soft sheets, great pillows; no curtain-gap so room stayed dark for sleeping; room was architecturally interesting with sculptured ceiling and pillars. Nice and new rooms were the best at this price range I lived so far (and I travel a lot). Great staff service with airport shuttles too. The hot tub was unexpected, great at the end of a long day. I also did not expect the bottle of water nor the small bag of cookies. Excellent Staff, Big rooms and Beds, and very clean. Close to shopping centers (Tanger, Walmart,..) The room was comfortable and spacious. Nothing. The pool is really really small. The pool is very small (which wasn't bad for us as we had small children, but it might be a turnoff for others) and the breakfast area could use some music to break the awkward silence among the diners. I didn't like that the tv's were rather small for the space but it wasn't really a big deal. It'd also be cool if they could get vh1. Houston traffic!. I did have to re-clean the dishes that were provided because they weren't as sparkling clean as i'd have hoped but it wasn't a big deal. It's not like there was food left on it, just not thoroughly cleaned. Don't let that keep you away though. We stayed in one of the jacuzzi rooms. We do not smoke and could tell that people had smoked in it. It could also us some upgrades in the room...everything look old. One window facing the stairs, so it's always closed by curtain. The room is very dark, but this is good if you want to sleep in the morning or day. nothing. Advertising in room key for domino's pizza. Was tired and used it and was very disappointed with service. Should not use these people. Far from international airport if you have no car. No complaints. If I ever come this way again, this is where I will stay. Free high way (45) to Houston downtown is always highly traffic in the morning, you may spend 30 mins for 12km distance. There is no elevator to the second floor. We had huge suitcases for our cruise, so it was difficult getting them up the one flight of stairs. Breakfast cereal flakes were all sugar coated - a bran & raisin option was needed. No utensils in the kitchenette, kind of defeats the purpose of having it. The hotel doesn't even have them to use. the microwave was stinky like someone burned popcorn in it. I asked a housekeeper to clean it but she didn't. small breakfast eating area. They're were flying roaches in our room the second day of stay. The front desk clerk came up right away and sprayed. She said this is a common problem in Houston because they live in the trees and fly in when doors are open. no restaurant,and missed breakfast as we had to leave so early, but that was our choice. Was a weak signal wai - fi. I'm willing to pay, so that the signal was strong. all was good. There was nothing I didn't like. breakfast was minimal. there were no options for those on a carb-free diet. No dislikes. There was too much noise this trip. Did not sleep well at all because of continuous noise from other clients. As always with American motels, they're often miles away from restaurants and shops. The rude, insensitive person that called the room several times harassing to ask me to check out immediately after 12 noon when I clearly asked the day before for a late checkout at 1pm. roach problem, dead ones popping up all over the kitchen, and live ones coming up through tub drains. found several in food items and luggage. made it very uncomfortale to sleep at night and eat in our kitchen. Breakfast was poor. Noise. Had to wait 30 minutes to check in because attended was not at location. When I booked with letsbookhotel.com I picked up the hotel because the ranking (8.6 ) I am traveling a lot and in my opinion this hotel is no more than 7 in ranking. The room was clean but the equipment and the furniture are the same as low price motel. There were dead cockroaches in the cabinets. I have pictures if you would like them.
