There were a lot of complaints when I checked in, but my room was fine. My luggage got delayed for over 2 days and the manager/staff have helped where they could to solve my issues. Proximity to stores and good choices of food to be delivered in the area. room was clean and bigger than i could have hoped for.

The room was spacious n clean. I also liked the microwave and refrigerator. Close to Hobby Airport and they offer free shuttle to the airport. Shuttle drivers were awesome. Bed was comfortable. The price and friendly people. Bed was comfortable. Front staff lady was very nice, agreed room and inconvenience were too much. Close to the airport. Bed comfortable. location of hotel, cost. The staff was very nice!. Location and the staff. Customer service. nothing, this place was horrible. There were roaches in the room and blood on the sheets. Shuttle, price until I seen the room. It was close to the airport. For me no complaints, but I did here quite a few other guest complain. This hotel is under new management and the current issues will be solved soon. The wait to check in, after a long flight check in took 35 mins. The breakfast was dull with little variety. When I arrived the staff member could not find my reservation. I also felt like I was given a room on the highest floor n on the back side ( very hard to go up with kids n luggage) due to the fact that I paid a lower price. At check out the staff member was rude because when I turned in my key I told her thanks and she ignored me but to the person after me, she was friendly n asked her how was her stay?. Bathroom had mould growing, room keys didn't always work. Night desk attendant was rude. Not sure if he even spoke English. A young lady staying there helped me with my 2 large suitcases, while he watched me struggle with them. Ice machine was locked up and he didn't want to open the door. Soda machine was empty, except for diet soda. Morning desk attendant was very polite and helpful. It is far away from downtown. Hotel is in need of maintenance. In the room, the TV mount was broken, the carpet was stained, the bathroom caulk was cracked, the drain was slow. The TV remote had dead batteries. All these small issues indicates a general lack of maintenance. In the pool, the pool underground light when you touch it- it gives you a shock of electricity. There were only 2 towels in the bathroom for a room designed for 4 people. Checked in to 3 different rooms, the keys did not work on any of them Dead cock roach at doorway of first room First two rooms smelled badly like pest control Third Ron key never worked Requested a refund of my money and was told it will be credited to my cc acct.,I'm waiting on that tax. Carpet in room was filthy. Non-smoking room reeked of cigarette smoke. Safety lock on the door was broken. No usable electrical outlets in the room. They were covered up. When you check in at night you have to stand at a window on the street. You can't come in to the lobby. roaches, did not clean room or change sheets or towels second day there had to ask. third day they clean because I complain. Terribly run down...dirty furniture and rugs.... The room was primitive and not in a very good shape. The room roaches, pieces of the bathtub where missing, and the cable that was advertised wasn't assessable we only had 4 channels. Everything. The staff was rude and unhelpful. Unchanged bedding, These were not clean sheets. Floor felt like it was going to fall through at any time, had some serious sagging going on! Messages left on the bathroom door for us to read. I wonder if Travelodge corp. Know the have there name on these kind of places This place, or at least the room I was in is a dump. The front desk agents attitude, the hotel had an issue getting my reservation, the room had bugs/roaches, I locked myself out the bathroom and took management an hour or better to resolve the issue ....I could go on.
