Quick shuttle response to the motel from the airport and evening local dinner facilities. From the moment we arrived, Martin, our driver, made extra effort to keep us informed and content that we'd come to the right place. We'll be sure to stay at Country Inn Suites, Houston again-no other. Staff was friendly and helpful. Price and location were good. Our room was newly redecorated and clean.
todo comentarios » Close to Houston Hobby...even though under construction...room was clean and comfortable. Quiet room at airport. Very comfortable king bed. Very good cookies. Close parking. All new hotel. Will be nice when its finished. The room was brand new. Location. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. breakfast. the staff friendly attitude. Facility is in the throes of reconstruction. Lobby and hallways and elevators were dusty; workers and supplies were everywhere. Unfortunately, they were remodeling....I Could have rated higher....should have discounted for lack of all amenities due to construction..but close to airport. Not new but very nice for price. The hotel shouldn't really have been open as the lobby/breakfast area was under construction. Strong smell of paint and glue. Norhing. The motel is under construction and there was a lot of mess everywhere. this hotel needs so serious attention, took a pic. of bedroom ceiling that had water damage and texturing was hanging about 6 in off ceiling as it was peeling badly, room did discounting but should never have been rented in the first place till fixed!!! Also had micro & coffee maker but no fridge at all for our food/drinks :( will look other where next time thru. the untidiness of the rooms. All carpets need changed steam cleaned to avoid the obnoxious odor. Being charged 10 dollars a day to park car at hotel. We have stayed at the hotel 4 other times and parking was included. According to confirmation parking was included. We will not return here unless we receive a 70 dollar refund. We also waited 30 minutes to be picked up at airport. Maybe this hotel should reopen when construction is complete. The facility can best be described as a dump Without a doubt the dirtiest,poorest maintained,aged Country Inn that we have ever stayed at. Would not recommend at any price. The hotel was under construction and should not have been booking guests. When booking there was no mention of the construction either. The worst hotel I ever stayed at the smell was horrible like a cigarette bar ! No ice machine dust every where the website did not disclose the hotel was under construction I will be calling the corporate office !.
