  We liked the design of the room. It had a spiral stair case going to the bed room from a great room. We had a front view of the ocean with two balconies to watch it from. The bathroom was spacious clean and easy to use. - My fiance and I stayed in the loft suite and we absolutely loved it. We got a view of the ocean and the room was spacious and absolutely wonderful. The location is close enough to the Hermosa Pier that it was a very cheap cabride. We had a great time and I would stay there again anytime, especially to stay in the loft suite! The price was so great for such an awesome room!

  The staff looked after me so well which was so comforting being a solo traveller! I had a faulty rental car and was going to return it to LAX but the staff at the hotel insisted on taking care of my problem. They contacted the car rental company and organized for the company to exchange my car which was all taken care of while I went to dinner. I chose a "standard" room for the price, and it was cozy and so cute. It was like your own quaint studio apartment! This room faced a wall, however I didnt plan to stay in my room for much more than sleeping and rest, so no oceanview was okay with me and I peeked into an oceanfront room and it was exactly the same.   Manager Jinny was excellent help during my stay. I like the hard wood floors and yes they were clean. Beds were nice and comfortable. This was my third time staying at this hotel and yes I would stay there again....It is in a nice area and that is what matter most to me.   We had a huge double queen room which was awesome as we were two adults and two kids. The area is nice and safe and we had parking at the hotel.
