Although we were very pleased with the standard of accommodation, we were very disappointed to see the lack of environmental awareness with disposable crockery and cutlery at breakfast. -
Very friendly staff, able to help us making alternative plans since nearby National Parks were closed during the Obama Shutdown. Good breakfast and clean rooms.

I had a very spacious suite. I was very surprised. It had a nice balcony. The weather was so hot I could not sit out there. Would have liked to go downstairs and sit by the fountain and read my book. I live with my son and he had a dinner party and I didn't want to attend. So this was a perfect place to stay for the night. I was very impre

the outside as you drive up is very nice; the lobby is fantastic; the staff was very friendly and professional and efficient. The grounds in all of the common area's were all landscaped with such great taste and quality and made you feel as though you were in a 5-star resort. This was my first stay but plan on staying here on regular basis for my bi-monthly visits to fresno.

Helpful staff at the check-in counter. Very clean, modern room, bright and friendly. Comfortable beds.
Very decent breakfast, more than we would have expected going on previous experience in US budget hotels/motels.
Overall, great value for the money. -
