It's a beautifully restored historic Victorian home, very well appointed, super comfortable, with a cordial host (when we were there), excellent lighting (important), beautiful bathroom, lovely antiques and a beautiful garden. We loved everything about the house. A very quiet and cozy environment, warm and comfortable! And the breakfasts were delicious!
The restoration of this Queen Ann is beautiful with amazing attention to detail. We will definitely have a return visit. It is necessary to plan ahead as this place is very busy.

Clean and spacious room. Convenient to I5 and Eugene, U of O. Staff knowledgeable and helpful. Evening front desk manager, Katie, went above and beyond to assist me with my computer needs in the business center. I stayed two nights and all staff greeted me warmly and were available to answer any questions. Would definitely stay again. -

I LOVE this place. It is not fancy but it is CLEAN like no hotel I have ever stayed in. The location is excellent and the staff is friendly. They serve coffee/breakfast which I have never utilized because there is a great coffee place (Full City Coffee Roasters) right up the street. The room rates are extremely reasonable and this place is a great value.

Location was useful for us for where we were based.
Staff were fantastic. The doorman/driver Jamie was a really nice fella and helped us out a lot. Melanie at the checkout was super helpful also. Best part of the hotel was its fantastic staff. -

open from Memorial Day to Labor Day, so it was unavailable for our stay,

The location and surrounding businesses. Convenient to the golf courses I needed access to. Room was very large and cool view of the river. Nice concierge level access. The guy working it was very professional and constantly on task. Decent continental breakfast.

We have stayed here on Duck's game day many times and always appreciate the location and the budget friendly rooms. The motel looked revitalized and was much cleaner and quieter this year.

The staff was very nice, the location was great and there was no hassles at all. I would recommend this place without hesitation.

I was on a motorcycle trip from Los Angeles to Seattle and back. This was a great location with a courteous staff. I loved the idea of sleeping within ten feet of where my beloved bike was parked. There are some amazing restaurants within a short riding distance. The bed was comfortable on my bad back. -
