The staff is so welcoming and accomodating - honestly - treated everyone
the same. We felt like we belonged there - even though we just came down
for the night from Denver (to get out of Denver!) on a deal. Im pregnant
and had a massive headache and the staff brought me up a choice of advil
or tylenol around 4:30am when I just couldn't take it any

expecting to pay $50 or so for it, but it was on the house. Pleasantly
suprised! Such nice people. -
I have never been more pleasantly surprised by a hotel
Experience in my life. We were treated like royalty from the minute we checked in. The staff could not have been more helpful and solicitous. The food was excellent the shopping fun and the added treat of the on site movie theatre just made for a truly remarkable stay. Thanks

The view is fantastic! The restaurant serves wonderful food, again, with
a spectacular view of the mountains. I took a swim in their heated
outdoor pool, and while it was brisk, it still felt fantastic. Again, a
great view of the mountains. We will definitely go back there. -
Loved the fact that we had booked early and were upgraded based on this

Might be interested in membership possibly...does it make sense living in/driving from Fort Collins?

24 hour shuttle to the Colorado Springs airport, about 10 minutes away.
Drivers were very helpful--even found my husband's coat that he left
in the lobby the evening before we left. -
The staff was super friendly and we got good perks (free buffet breakfast, 20% discount at restaurant, 1 free cocktail)

The hotel was beautiful with a large atrium with waterfalls and small pools, even Koi. The breakfast area was very large and the buffet breakfast had everything you could possibly want. Our rooms were lovely and well kept up. Yet most of all, the staff, Ken Starkie, Misty and Cody were the best!! They went out of their way to make our stay at

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The facility was beautiful and very well kept. We ate dinner at the hotel restaurant and the food was superb!!! The complimentary breakfast was very nice also.

Wow! We had an incredible stay! The week before we had stayed at the
Broadmoor. The customer service at the Academy Hotel was on the same
par, and the atmosphere was great. My husband and I work in tourism and
customer service, so this is something we are sensitive to. We loved

Absoulty everything except I think check out should be 24 hours from the
time you check in.. It's a bit unfair to only allow you to check in
at 4 and you have to check out by 11 ... That's 5 hours if time paid
for but not allowed to use.. Other than that we loved it . We usualy
stay 2/3 times a month at a hotel (motel 6 and quality) the later of
the 2 we will never stay again and 6 for the price it was a good 1 but
it's hit or miss with things like the air working or haveing a
microwave or frid

We only stayed for one night, but found the service to be excellent and the room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed dining on the terrace overlooking the mountains, and the kids liked the pool table and x-box games in an area right off the lobby. Also, if you are going to the zoo close by, as for discount coupons at the front desk. -

The room was large and fairly well lighted. The bed was comfortable if a little worn. The restaurant was good. The meeting facilities were just fine. -
