  The B&B was excellent. The room was very clean, comfortable with a warm, cozy décor. The breakfasts were just delicious. The owners Pat and Les were friendly and very helpful. The B&B was close to the lake and the downtown area. We walked, biked and hiked to all the activities.   The whole experience was perfect. Booked the Inn based on the reviews which were mostly good but still had some reservations. After full day of driving on the North Loop, we arrived at Riverwalk. I was greeted as soon as I walked in by a friendly gentleman, who knew exactly who we were by name.   Great staff and brilliant location to the lake and downtown Chelan. We used it as a base to explore all the wineries in the area. We first got a double room in a building without a elevator (we had a lot of heavy luggage) went back to the front desk and they gave us a single king in a much nicer room with elevator access. It's a great location if you don't want to be right downtown, but only a couple minutes away. The rooms are lovely and roomy. The staff is very friendly. It's a very good value for Chelan.
