  We liked everything. The hotel was beautiful and clean. The room was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. My mom was especially impressed with the Keurig coffee maker! We both give high marks for the excellent (and FAST) hot water and water pressure in the shower.   Clean rooms, friendly staff, shuttle that takes you all over Chattanooga. The property is really lovely, quaint and historic. Grounds are well maintained. Quiet too. Pools very clean, and sliding doors on balconies keep out the noise. Food was also good, and reasonably priced. Don't be put off but bad reviews-some people just cannot be pleased!! - The history, gardens and trains were awesome. As soon as I open the lobby door and walked into the lobby I felt that I had entered a magical place. The wonderful old bar made me think the Great Gatsby era. I dined in the Garden cafe, the food was great. The grounds were beautiflu. I could go on and on. The Choo Choo was the nicest surprise I've had in a long long time !
