  As a local who just wanted to take a staycation, loved having a balcony, but wished the front desk had informed me I had no water view. I would have upgraded had I been informed. We had the buffet breakfast on Sunday morning and had a great conversation with one of the wait staff from Tibet, she made you feel right at home.
