The front office staff, particulary Alexandra and Venera(I hope i spelled that correctly) where extremely helpful and welcoming. The rooms are HUGE for a hotel. this place is amazing. the staff is very friendly, the premises are very nice, the beach close is beautiful, and not so crowded, and the rooms are huge and super confortable. the possibility to cook is also quite handy.

I liked that it is so close to the beach,around five min acros the park. The north beach is much quite. The ocean is great. Even children can swim there. It is clean. Staff at hotel was also nice, polite and helpfull. It nice for family vacation. It is free parking there. But it is a bit far to south beach ...around 20min by car and 40 by bus.

This hotel in Surfside had only been open 5 days, so they had a few kinks to get out of the system. This was more than made up for by the friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are really spacious and the staff very helpful. It's placed right across the street from the Beach, so only 100m from a very clean and enjoyable beach. The pool is nice and clean with very warm Water in end March. At the hotel you can free borrow beach chairs and other stuff if you like.

We loved the Sorrento Villas. It fit our budget for a vacation and you can't get on Miami Beach for much less. The rooms are basic, but we have basic needs. liked the location very much. Very authentic and near by the North Miami
Beach. In the Hotel you get information about places to visit and nice
restaurants for dining. We liked the Latin Cafe and the Little Brazil
Restaurant. Additionaly you can easily rent bicycles (decobike) and
explore the area. We would recommend this place to everyone who likes to
enjoy the "real" Miami outside the typical touristic
environment.
