Loved the hotel - from the minute we pulled up and we had help to unload our bags until the minute we left, and once again, we had help loading our bags - service was friendly, professional, and impeccable. The checkin desk was very helpful. Everyone always greeted us with a smile I have never experienced a better hotel staff ever! The shuttle bus even wad very helpful and patient provided tips on places to visit in Atlanta. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone! There were 2 weddings going on and it was not a need to get around the wedding groups. I will be returning.

Hotel staff are very helpful friendly. Front desk staff are always willing to help (from changing batteries in remote, giving directions to Downtown, and they seem to "know where to buy what"). Cleaning lady was really nice. The location is excellent for walking downtown and making all other areas of Atlanta accessible. They have it written somewhere that "we'll leave the lights on for you". To Motel 6 Atlanta Downtown Northeast, I also say, "leave the lights on because I'll surely come back

The staff was friendly & helpful. My room was very nice. Microwave & fride in room. Beds were comfortable and for the price that made it very very worth the stay. I would've paid more. It was a last minute reservation & I received a great deal. I was nervous because of the price but it worked out great!!
