  The staff was exceptional. Friendly, helpful and eager without being intrusive. The concierge made several helpful recommendations regarding dining and shopping and was quick to make reservations on the spot. The room itself was wonderful. We are very happy with the - The bellhop/valet/concierge Brian was phenomenal! Gave great recommendations, very polite and friendly and more than helpful. The entire staff was amazing, but during our stay we saw him most. The rooms are great (HUGE) which was very helpful (we were there for our wedding and had a lot of extra luggage). Hotel is within walking distance to great shopping and food! Overall great!

  Traveling as a family of 6 (children ranging in age from 2 to 12) we needed a place large enough to hold us without breaking the bank. This place was perfect! Very nice accomodations, plenty of space, full kitchen, comfortable beds and living furniture, etc. You name it, this place had it. It was like a home away from home. You are right in the middle of everything, but slightly tucked away so you still feel a little secluded. - Very clean, spacious and great location. A hidden gem!! We will be back - the only place I want to stay in Asheville from now on.
