  Good location when having a car - right off the freeway. Easy access to all destinations in the Bay Area. Right on waterfront on edge of city, lovely. Rooms on waterfront are quiet.   This hotel was extremely modern, which I loved. For a budget friendly hotel, they even had the nice touches of leaving bottled water and cookies. What a nice surprise! Out of the 3 hotels I stayed at during my trip in California, this was by far the most comfortable of the 3. The bed was amazing. The front desk staff were so gracious and nice.
