Staff and facilities were mixed. The evening staff didn't tell us
that the sixth floor was under construction and that the flooring was
missing in the hallways. We had a moment of concern when we stepped off
the elevator. The room though, especially the new bath remodel was

Wanted to be by airport. Good for that. Room , understandably "under renovation" but had odd sliding door to BR and the shower head connection to wall sprayed water all over above the shower doors onto the floor! Also as member of priority club should have had free water at check in. But no worries. It served the purpose.

I have stayed at the Red Roof Inn before. Even though I had to cancel my last planned stay I will rebook it for sure as soon as I can. I found my room very comfortable and clean. A clean room is the most important thing for me. I also like the furnishings and found the bed to be very comfortable. Will stay there again when in the area.
And the gentleman I spoke to when I had to cancel (due to death in family) was so courteous on the phone. So far so good! I will return.

Very comfortable and had everything we needed. They don't offer a
shuttle to the airport, but they called a cab - though it was more
expensive than the guy from the reception told us (he said they have a
us$ 8 flat rate and we had to pay us$ 10), we didn't have to worry
about anything and the staff was friendly. I would stay there again. -

La cercanía al aeropuerto - The fresh white linens and duvets. The wonderfully comfortable bed. The breakfast buffet. The service - they couldn't do enough for me. The closeness to the airport. - It was a fantastic hotel, the room was ready on time, clean and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to everyone

Thanks so very much, it is so awesome, our guest from Hawaii was so happy for having them staying in the Red Lion Hotel. Very big rooms, and they were amazing when we open their room first. The Rev. This was the 3rd time we stayed in a couple of months due to medical. 2nd time was a disaster, but 1st and 3rd were very very pleasant.

The location was perfect for our lay over. Staff was prompt in airport
pickup, rooms were soundproof even though you can see the airplanes from
our window. Restaurant across the parking lot was great for a good late

immediately went up and looked for it and got it into the mail for -
Hotel was quiet, beds were very comfortable. The staff was exceptional....from front desk personnel to the shuttle driver. They stored our luggage for the day and let us leave our rental car so we could take the lite rail downtown - we had checked out, but didn't leave until that evening. The shuttle driver dropped us off and picked us up from the rail.

We love this hotel! So convenient, right next to the airport. Not
having to deal with unpredictable traffic when catching a flight out.
Hotel shuttle is so convenient! Landed at 10pm and called the hotel at
the courtesy phone, they personally made a trip to pick us up at the
airport! Told us where to stand and wait! Instructions were so

The staff were excellent! Alexa greeted us and asked if we had eaten. She gave us recommendations for pizza. She also informed us of the business center to print off our boarding passes. The layout was so comfortable. I extended my check-out time due to a later flight, and I spent time in the lobby lounge, which was so pleasant. The shuttle driver and service was also excellent.
