Stayed for one night as we were visiting ucsb. Jon checked us in and
helpful and friendly in answering the few questions we had about the
motel and surrounding area. The folks at the front desk the next day
were also very courteous and friendly. Breakfast had a lot of choices
and was included in the room price. It is located just off the 101

The place felt safe, had a nice view, was very clean, and was centrally
located with a private feel. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The elevator was very helpful with luggage and unexpected. We used the
guides at the front desk.We were charged exactly what we expected, no
surprises. The pool looked nice.

The young man who checked me in and out the next day was very friendly
and helpful. He called my room after I got there to ask if everything
was okay. The motel is definitely no-frills but it was quite
comfortable, clean and quiet even though it was full. Also, there was no
deposit or charge for my little dog. I loved that! The staff and

The room was very clean, with a lovely retro look to it. Not like the usual Motel 6 rooms. Stayed at this location as it was close to a relatives house we were visiting. It was a lovely room that felt fresh and new, it was clean, the staff was very nice and welcoming, the area was lovely and surrounded with restaurants and useful shops, and situated near the beach. The beds were very comfortable (esp after my long journey from SF) and I felt safe falling asleep there.

Very accommodating, put us in a room with better WiFi signal as we asked about the code. Phone didn't work for outside calls and they came and fixed it straight away! Brilliant customer service. One of of. The best motels we have stayed in and we have stayed in a lot in California. -

I did not stay myself, rather our friends from Germany. Since it was
cool they didn't use the pool, even though pools are very important
for Europeans -- so no comment about that. The staff was friendly and
helpful and the room was comfortable and clean. I will use Orange Tree
Inn again for other relatives from Europe. -

The location was perfect. The motel is 1/2 of a block from the beach. It is the quiet end of Cabrillo. The desk clerks were extremely helpful and supplied us with extra pillows and towels. This is not a fancy hotel, but it was perfect for our needs- clean, great location, good service, budget friendly, easy parking. -
