  The staff was really helpful when the door keys they gave us did not work and sent up someone who had to go and get special equipment to clear out the lock so it would take the key.   We love the location - close to the downtown, which we walk to for shopping, dining, etc. We especially enjoy sitting near the ocean watching the breakers crash onto the lava rock. The bar is fun, and the special $75 dinner for two was exceptional.
