We were offered a room on the first floor when it became available the next day.
We were given an extra blanket since it was cool when we were there. The maid went to get one for us since the desk clerk didn't know there was one available. -

Excellent budget price during Iowa State Fair time. Convenient location along major cross-city road provides easy access to major highways. Well-lighted parking at door. Having convenient power outlets at night-table height and night stands on both sides of bed a definite plus for my CPAP breathing device. Nice shower cozy for two. Perfectly

The proprietor was very friendly and helpful. The thermostat on our room heater quit working and the proprietor moved us to another room rather than disturb our privacy by working on it while we were in the room.

Beds were comfortable, Hot breakfast, rooms updated and nice. Location was good, close to freeway but not noisy. employees were great; i was having car problems and they helped get me started. Big storm came thur and took out my internet for my room for the weekend (holiday) I was given a discount off my room rate. I would stay again. -

Quite a bargain for the money. AC and shower worked great. King bed was comfortable. Clean and quiet. The fridge and cable were pluses that we did not expect. Very convenient location when coming from the East. -
