The villa was extensively huge for just 4 families, the location was good and easy to find and teh swimming pool which was opposite teh villa was a plus point...good to organize a massive party. They also gave us extra time untill 5pm to check out since the villa was handed over late to us. -

All Staff were helpful and pleasant at all times.
I arrived very late to check in 2255 hrs The resturant closed at 23.00hrs but the head waiter invited me in and I had the total menu served and I did not leave until 23.50hrs. Very very obliging and helpful. -
its really nice place to visit and a nice atmosphere for relaxation.

Excellent service from all staff, who were always smiling and helpful
(with the exception of the person who seemed to be the Front Office
manager). Food quality in the restaurant was generally very good:
excellent value including bar prices. Comfortable and spacious room.

The staff were truly excellent. Facilities not bad, location fair for
the area. For the price I definitely recommend this hotel - it's a
bargain. I have stayed at a few of the other hotels in Umm Al Quwain and
some cost twice as much for a worse experience. If on a budget, save
your money and stay here, with the expectation that it is simply a
superior 2-star.
