  The villa was extensively huge for just 4 families, the location was good and easy to find and teh swimming pool which was opposite teh villa was a plus point...good to organize a massive party.   All Staff were helpful and pleasant at all times. I arrived very late to check in 2255 hrs The resturant closed at 23.00hrs but the head waiter invited me in and I had the total menu served and I did not leave until 23.50hrs.   The villa was spacious and clean, with a private car park for every unit. Location is good, easy to spot and right along the highway so we can use the hotel as a base to roam around UAQ or visit other emirates. They have an adjacent 24-hour restaurant and a coffee shop that opens til late.   Excellent service from all staff, who were always smiling and helpful (with the exception of the person who seemed to be the Front Office manager). Food quality in the restaurant was generally very good: excellent value including bar prices. Comfortable and spacious room. Good pool, and the new spa services were enjoyable and good value. I have stayed at a few of the other hotels in Umm Al Quwain and some cost twice as much for a worse experience. If on a budget, save your money and stay here, with the expectation that it is simply a superior 2-star.
