We only stayed for two nights but in that time the staff made an
impression that will last with us. From the first interaction until the
last the staff were friendly, polite, helpful and accommodating. We
didn't use the restaurant however we did use room service and the
food was great. One of the days we stayed was my partners birthday and

The hotel staff were merry and friendly and I did like that the
receptionist got me checked in in my room even though I was early. The
room service was great. They were fast to serving me. The massage
treatment I got was great. Also, I had another appointment in the spa
and then I cancelled my reservation, generously they didn't charge
me a penny. The hotel afford to keep my luggage safe after check out bcs
I had to go somewhere and get back later to get them, which was great.

It was very quiet, especially with all the building constructions around and it was close to the international airport - The praivicy by having our own parking ,no need to pass by the reception every time ,the staff was very good

Staff were friendly and efficient. Rooms are very comfortable and work well for my family. Hotel is close to Deira City Centre Mall which is very convenient. - The apartments were great, especially with 2 kids.

The amount of space in the apartment was fantastic , the beds where very comfortable . The pool area lovely and quiet which was a bonus . The apartments were very spacious, clean and comfortable. It was much larger than I anticipated! The hotel staff are courteous and pleasant and Youssef at the front desk was particularly notable for his professionalism. He made our stay even more welcoming by giving recommendations for places to go and for accommodating our request for a later checkout!
