El hotel podría tener 5 ESTRELLAS perfectamente. La ubicación es la mejor si eres occidental porque estás pegadito a" EL WALK". Excepcional la atención del personal atentos a todas las necesidades. El personal del hotel es muy atento y se encargan de solucionar cualquier cosa que necesites: gestionar reservas, recomendar sitios, pedir taxis..
La comida en el restaurante Le Rivage es muy buena.

We only stayed for two nights but in that time the staff made an
impression that will last with us. From the first interaction until the
last the staff were friendly, polite, helpful and accommodating. We
didn't use the restaurant however we did use room service and the

The hotel staff were merry and friendly and I did like that the
receptionist got me checked in in my room even though I was early. The
room service was great. They were fast to serving me. The massage
treatment I got was great. Also, I had another appointment in the spa
and then I cancelled my reservation, generously they didn't charge
me a penny. The hotel afford to keep my luggage safe after check out bcs
I had to go somewhere and get back later to get them, which was great.

Las comodidades del hotel, amplias habitaciones, con estar y escritorio, frigobar completo, cafetera con distintas variedades de café, tes, cajita sanitaria, etc. Baño con todo lo necesario hasta batas.
La habitación tenía balcón con mesa y sillas con vista al mar.Muy bueno tambien el sector de piletas. -

Both me and the girlfriend have stayed at the hotel for a period of 5 days and it was overall an excellent experience. Even though there was a major construction happening in the area around the hotel which also ruined the beach view, we were still happy with the pool available in the hotel and the other facilities like the bar and restaurants. The breakfast was impressive with lots of selection. And the staff was very helpful. Room was big, comfortable and very clean.

The staff is well-informed and very friendly. The location is a bit awkward because of the construction, but this is not the fault of the hotel and one of Dubai's biggest malls is within five minutes' walk.

This is the perfect oasis away from the high rise buildings of Dubai. The hotel is calm, quiet and well laid out. Staff are efficient and extremely attentive without being in the way.
Close to the airport but no discernable aircraft noise and you can reach most Dubai attractions within 30 mins - taxis are plentiful and pretty cheap.

Beautiful, luxurious, very helpful staff. I loved being close to City Centre and a metro (I often just did the 15 minute walk, as I liked going through the golf course area with birds). Again, extremely gracious staff - high marks to my room service deliverer, the ladies at the front desk, my server at Traiteur, and the gentlemen out front. High marks, all!

Staff and location! Right in front of it is the metro station. On S. Zayed Road full of life. A pharmacy, clinic, 24hrs market and many restaurants are just steps away. Rooms are of a good size.
