A very warm, clean and well equipped room. We brought our 'well-behaved' spaniel who loved the guesthouse and our host.
The cooked breakfast was excellant.
We were warmly welcomed, well fed and very well look after during our stay. We loved it!
And excellant value for money as well.

The Wateredge Inn is in a wonderful location right on the lake. The
views out to the boats bobbing on the lake were lovely. The room was
nicely decorated and comfortable as was the bathroom. The inns lounge
and dining areas were very nice, with again a beautiful outlook. The two
Scottish sisters who waited on us for breakfast were lovely and friendly
as was Ryan the bar man. The countryside around Ambleside was really
beautiful and well worth a longer visit.

superb food,exellent and very helpfull staff, do not be put off by the price of food its not your regular steak and chips type of thing and its cooked to order! Loads of space in our apartment. The receptionist upgraded us to a larger room for free which was lovely and served our group much better. He also brought us a whole toy box for our daughter!
