This was a perfect break. The staff are such a friendly team and really go out of their way to make guests feel welcomed. The views out over the fells make you feel relaxed in the first 5 minutes. A tramp in the sun, a swim, a spell in the hot tub outside and then a good meal - what else could you want for your holiday? -

The room was quirky inasmuch that it was on two levels with a beautiful refurbished bathroom, a dressing table area and wardrobe, then up four stairs to the bedroom and sitting area. The Wateredge Inn is in a wonderful location right on the lake. The
views out to the boats bobbing on the lake were lovely. The room was
nicely decorated and comfortable as was the bathroom. The inns lounge
and dining areas were very nice, with again a beautiful outlook. The two
Scottish sisters who waited on us for breakfast were lovely and friendly
as was Ryan the bar man. The countryside around Ambleside was really
beautiful and well worth a longer visit.

Debbie is a wonderful host and we will more than definitely be returning here if we were to travel to the Lakes again. The room was very tidy and exactly what you would need from a B&B, if not more. The staff are the best asset of the hotel as they are very hospitable
and friendly. I would like to personally thank Debbie who assisted us
and attended all our demands. I would certainly recommend the place to
my friends who will visit the place also to travellers and tourist who
are looking for comfortable and convenient but very affordable
accomodation.

Very welcoming and child friendly. The kitchen had everything you could need and bedrooms were comfortable. Very useful to have parking just outside. - The apartment was very spacious and modern decoration inside. Very clean and tidy inside and very close to the town of Windermere

The hotel is located within a 30 minute drive from Lake Windemere and Grasmer without the high prices demanded from these locations. Very Dog friendly, very welcoming and attentive to all of our needs. Tea and cake in the afternoon of our arrival was a nice touch. Central location made it handy for shops, high level of cleanliness and top spec furniture and fittings. Good beer!

The staff were very friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Lovely room, fantastic view and amazing food - if you stay there you have to eat in, you won't find better food anywhere. - Very friendly. Just what I needed for the brief stay.

We liked everything! The suites are perfect, with lovely appointments.
The owners are exceptionally helpful and friendly. It's very very
clean. It's close to everything at Waterhead and only a mile from
Ambleside, with good bus service to everywhere in the Lake District.
I'd return to the Lake District just to stay at the Quaysiders Club. -

The provided coffee, milk, biscuits, and hot chocolate were _sublime_. The free WiFi was a great perk. Wonderful ambiance for small get-togethers.

The apartments were newly refurbished and done very nicely. A nice touch was that fresh milk, tea, coffee, sugar and things like tea towels and dishwasher tablets/washing up liquid were provided. The pub adjoining the apartments does good food at reasonable prices. -

It was a lovely comfortable and spacious apartment with unexpected little touches like towels, toiletries and tea &coffee making facilities. It was more like staying in a hotel with the freedom of self catering, although you could dine in the hotel across the road if you wished. Also great to be able to take my dog on holiday. -
