Beautiful period house and garden located in quiet country lane with glorious walks into the hills directly behind. Walk below into the quaint village of Bowness. We loved having the excellent breakfasts and heading straight out behind the house for hill walks with tremendous views over Windermere. Extremely comfortable, clean room and all necessary facilities. Staff were lovely and welcoming. Would happily stay again and definitely recommend.

My wife and I stayed a few nights at The Ashberry Guest House. it is ideally located for both Penrith town centre and the North Lakes, northern M6 area. The owners are very helpful but not overbearing. The guest house itself is very modern, clean and comfortable. And the full English breakfast was very nice. Overall a great place to stay. Would definitely recommend it.

We went for our 40th Ruby Wedding Anniversary and they made it really special when they found out.

We loved this b & B. This was the one of the best beds we slept in
while on our trip around England. Vince is a great host with good
recommendations on what to do and how to get there. Shirley is an
awesome cook and these were the best breakfasts we had in England. The
location is very good - a 15 minute walk from the town so that we could
enjoy wine with dinner and not worry about driving and there are lots of
good restaurants in Bowness-on-Windemere - just ask Vince!

Everything about Littlebeck is fantastic. It is a beautiful place, well decorated, clean and relaxing. A lot of effort has been made to create this and has excellent attention to detail. This is one of the very best! Patsy and Mike are marvellous hosts and nothing is too much trouble. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Breakfast is great. Tourist advice is willingly provided. All of this is accompanied by charm, good humour, chocolates and Patsy's photography.

Loads of space in our apartment. The receptionist upgraded us to a larger room for free which was lovely and served our group much better. He also brought us a whole toy box for our daughter!
